Will my phone work with eSIM?

Can I keep my original phone number?

Yes! Your primary SIM (with your home phone number) remains active in your phone for calls and SMS, while the eSIM provides high-speed data for your travels.

When do I install the eSIM?

We recommend installing your eSIM while you are still at home on a stable Wi-Fi connection. The plan will only activate once you arrive at your destination and connect to the local network.

What happens if I run out of data?

Don't worry! You can easily top up your data balance at any time directly through your user dashboard on our website.

Can I use mobile hotspot?
