1. Service Description

ESIM Move provides prepaid digital eSIM (embedded SIM) profiles for mobile data connectivity. These are data-only plans and do not include a local phone number for traditional voice calls or SMS unless explicitly stated in the plan description.

2. Device Compatibility

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure their device is eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked. By purchasing a plan, you acknowledge that you have checked our Compatible Devices page and confirmed your device meets these technical requirements.

3. Usage Policy

Data plans are valid for the duration and data amount specified at the time of purchase. Any unused data after the expiry date will be forfeited and is non-refundable. Hotspot/tethering is allowed on most plans but subject to local network provider restrictions.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to use the service for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to network interference or spamming.
